My father, who holds the dual title of a) distinguished professor of Brazilian culture and literature and b) connoisseur of child learning patterns and psychology, strongly supports the methodology of repetition for learning. He would be proud, I think. :-)

Dear Customer Care On-Line,

As a devotee of the teachings and practices of eastern philosopy, I tend to believe that the answer is often found in the question. :-) Please accept the forwarded mail as my "official" refund request.

Many thanks,

Dear "Paivacakes,"

Thank you for contacting nextel.com. I hope you found it a quick
and convenient means of contacting us.

I have looked into your inquiry in regards to when the deposit
can be released from the Nextel account.

The deposit can be returned if requested by you, the customer,
and can be applied to the account balance or a check can be issued
to receive the deposit. The deposit must be held on the account
for 12 or more months before it can be released.

A "Refund Request" must be submitted via Customer Care On-Line
or our Customer Care department directly at 1-800-639-6111, in
order to receive the deposit. You will receive approved refund
within 10 to 15 business days of submission of the "Refund Request".
Refund checks will only be made payable to the individual or
company name listed in the billing name field for the account.

Refunds cannot be posted back to your credit card. Deposits
are returned on the 13th month after they are collected, and
will be applied against the outstanding account balance before
being refunded.

I hope you find this information useful. Should you have any
additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact
us at https://nextelonline.nextel.com/NASApp/care/WCCustomerCareServlet/.

Thank you,
Customer Care On-Line
