Livejournal likes to remind me that it's been 37 weeks since I've last posted, and to be quite honest, I'm still not sure what I want to write about.
My one-year anniversary with Matt was last weekend. Without going into specific details about the weekend, I'll just say it was strange -- in more ways than one. I'll say this though: Teatro ZinZanni was amazing, and I recommend it to anyone who can afford to spend a little money on a night of spectacle and delicious food.
Hmmm... Let's see, what else...?
I haven't been going to poetry night recently. There was the whole thing with the venue, and then I guess I just lost interest. I'd like to start going again. Neither Matt nor I have been writing much at all. My artistic motivations have been lacking, and my other obligations have been increasing. Blah.

I auditioned for MOTley (Multicultural Outreach Tour) yesterday. I prepared a Shel Silverstein poem, and was nervous because I had to randomly audition first. I hope I make it, but I don't want to Jinx any chance I have by saying I think I did alright.
