Great Christmas / Newton's birthday
We made more pumpkin pies on Sunday. I also made pumpkin cranberry bread, pumpkin muffins & then there was a wonderful collaborative effort with the pumpkin curry soup. There was a good flow of people from the afternoon to the late night, playing games & hanging out. We played Settlers of Catan, cards, Cranium, and Quoridor. We got to speak with my folks in London, I chatted with my brother via iSight. But I missed calls from my sisters on my cell phone because it was in my bag in the bedroom - whoops. I'll have to call in the morning. Looking forward to a sleepy morning and another afternoon party. Should be good.
I hope everyone had a great day. My thoughts go out to everyone who suffered through the Tsunami last year. I'm glad to hear the radio reports following up on people's progress in Sumatra, India, Thailand and everywhere else that was affected.
