The Bar got quite for a moment as Joe pushed open the doors and everyone turned toward him and Luka before resuming their lives.
Joe started for the bar itself as Luka peeled off and headed for a card table that had an open seat with a twinkle in her eye. Joe just half smiled back before returning his expression to its normal neutral look.
“A Kerovan Special,” the ranger ordered as he scanned the bar looking for his contact.
It didn’t take long before a dark haired human took the stool next to him and comment on his rainbow colored drink.
“Well there, aren’t you going to drink that? Or did you order it just for me,” he said with a western twang.
Joe just started at the other human for a moment before he spoke, “Don’t waste my time, where are the goods.”
