Mr. Lucas...
Back, who knows when, I posted an entry on Smith and, a few days later, one on Christy. I then promised Lucas he'd get a post of his own as well. Well, damn! I forgot til just recently. Lucas why didn't you remind me!? Lol, oh well, here's your post.
Justin Lucas is this insanely smart kid that I go on some great adventures with. Yes, to me, we don't just hang out, we go on adventures! And if I even began to post just some of them here, it would take up way to much room to count.
I've know Lucas, I believe, since I was about 5 years old. Yea, long time. We would hang out all the time when we were younger. He was over my house almost everyday. He use to go everywhere with my family and I also. We took him to the movies with us, out to eat with us, to Ocean City with us, to the mall with us, even to the super market with us! o.O Yea.
Then, he moved away. Well, not far away; he just doesn't live behind me anymore. Now he's about 15-20 minutes away, depending on how fast I drive. But still, far enough away where we just couldn't hang out like we use to. No worries though. We stayed in contact pretty well. We've got AIM and phones and we see each other in school. And it's not like we never hang out ever at all nowadays. Just recently we saw 'Shawn of the Dead' and 'Team America.' Both very funny movies, I must say.
But anyway, I consider Lucas one of my best friends. I, actually, consider him as another brother to me. There are only two people in this world I trust with everything and anything, and he's one of them. Hear that Lucas! You're one of them. He probably knows the most about my life too. And I can go to him and just bitch about shit and he won't think any less of me (I hope, lol)! In fact, he always seems to find some way for me to laugh my problems away.
So, Justin, I thank you for always being there for me, for being such a great friend. That, and for all the advice you have given me over the years. May we go on many more crazy adventures! Cause they're fun, and distract us both from life!
