Bad dreams
So yeah, the other night I have this dream and when I wake up I am screaming "NOOOO!" and reaching out in front of me as if to pull back in what was being taken from me in my dream. That has never happened to me before. Dreams never really effected me at all before but as I sat there after I woke in the middle of the night, I was covered in sweat and it hurt so much more than any time before. So I took my shirt off and just sat up for a while thinking. I put what was next to me on the bed back into the drawer I got it out of earlier and I tried to go back to sleep but I couldn't stop trembling.
