I called you "Butterfly."

Yup, I changed my rainbow-barf layout into something more minimalist. How is it? Personally, I'm in loveee with it (thank you daemon for making the awesome layout! It's from the comm spire, so check it out! :>) I changed the pink tones to blue to suit my LJ more, hehe. It's a lot cleaner now and makes my eyes hurt less...though, I will admit, I kind of miss the fun-ness of my old layout.
Some updates:
  • I bombed my SAT today. :,) Thinking about cancelling my score before it comes out so it doesn't stain my record. Darn. Drowning my sorrows in some boba milk tea kekeke.
  • I'm really into fashion these days, and I've been looking at lookbook.nu and other fashion blogging sites for hourss, haha. Check out this blog! I really love her sense in style...going to try out some of her outfits someday, hehe. Once I go to college, I swear I'm going to have funds for just clothing. Right now, I'm too tight on cash and time to go out and shop, and I've basically been wearing black t-shirts and jeans every day as a leftover reminder from Junior Year...the year of anti-everything-except-studying haha! Now that things are winding down (well, going to be winding down after I'm done with college apps >_<), I'm going to spend more time on myself.
  • Homecoming is in a weekk. Got my dress already, pictures here:

anddd, here's one with a slightly better angle (sorry, it's still a bit slanted--the table is actually really tall. D: Random leftover fabric from my Russia coat in the corner, lol:

What do you guys think? Personally, I really adore it. There's something wrong with me and halter dresses, I swear--I think 98% of my dresses are halters. The sparklies are a bit annoying though--they come off and stick to everythingg. I feel like a disco ball, seriously. But still, it was only $27.40 (almost 30 USD including shipping and tax, since I got it online). It's enough of a steal that I can overlook the alterations and the glitter. <3
