The week in review
Well, it's been a long week. Last Thursday before we left for Wisconsin Mom fell. She wasn't even going to go with us for the crafting weekend, but finally relented and agreed to go in the wheelchair. Her condition got worse and worse through the weekend and we finally decided to take her to the ER upon our return Sunday night. They admitted her that night and she has been there since then. She broke the other side of her pelvis. Today she'll be going to a nursing home called Camelia Rose for rehab. Hopefully the healing process will go well and she'll only have to be there a short while. I decided to stay until the day after Mother's Day to get her good and settled in and just to be here for Mother's Day.
The other night I drove over and visited my friend, Ann. I was coming home about 9:45 and I got stopped for speeding....42 in a 30 going down Central Avenue. That cost $145. Nice.
I never posted a photo of my one and only craft accomplishment for the weekend. It's a Sculpey bunny and I still need to paint it....
