I really like this. You capture the fear and bargaining of Wilson well. I think House was correct when he told Wilson that he became an oncologist in an attempt to control the dying he deals with ("no surprises there!").

He takes an extra anti-depressant in the morning and wonders if this is what it feels like to be addicted.

Beautiful summation line. :)

I think one of the most fascinating things about this series is the amount of psychology that goes into it. Every character is so layered and fascinating -- and I totally agree, I think House was definitely correct when he said that. They're really an interesting contrast, the two of them.
