Abilities:
Immortality: Mokou is, to put it bluntly, expendable. She will not (permanently) die, from anything ever. The main side effects of drinking the Hourai Elixir include: 1) complete cessation of aging, 2) complete immunity to biological disease/sickness, 3) rapid regeneration from external traumatic injuries. In canon, she's been blown to smithereens, crushed to a bloody pulp by magic pressure, and starved herself to death hundreds of times. There is literally no known canon "relief" from this; there is no "magic cure" to kill her (except if perhaps Eirin makes an antidote), unlike a lot of fictional immortals in media. In the series proper, it's described as her soul physically rejecting the concept of death. In battle, she takes on the aura of a phoenix, sprouting immaterial brown and red wings from her back, reinforcing her immortality concept.
Fire manipulation/pyrokinesis: Mokou was born with this ability, and has honed it throughout the years. It took her all 1,300 years to get it where it's at, and it shows--she can call it to her hands, summon a torrent of it in mid-air and throw it like solid material, send it flying on its own, and boost existing flame. It is strong to the point where she uses it as her chief fighting tool, and has burned down huge chunks of a supposedly endless bamboo forest with it. Her weakness, though, is that she can't put her fires out, once they've caught onto something. In addition, her skin is 100% fireproof, meaning she literally cannot be burned.
Flight: Standard stuff.
Danmaku: Literally meaning "curtain-shower," danmaku are multi-colored bullets with the force of an extremely strong punch, that all Touhou characters use in casual battles. What's interesting, though, is that danmaku are supposed to be nonlethal, or a method of resolving conflicts peacefully. However, when the heroines fight Mokou, it's clearly stated that the danmaku are killing her. Whether this is just the heroines making them extra strong, or a bit of fourthwalling is unknown, but Mokou's own danmaku follow the typical rules.
