Dear girl in my Chemistry class,
If you are wearing a thin white shirt, it is not acceptable to wear a bra in any color other than white. No, it is not acceptable if said bra is accessorized to match your headband and shoes - in fact that makes it worse because you obviously did it knowlingly.
