Long awaited update
Hello everyone out there in real people land...this is Lia coming from the information super-highway...also known as Matt's computer...please hold your applause.
So it looks like the last time I updated was forever and a day ago...and yea, let's just say a few things have changed.
Jonesy died. That one still hasn't sunk in and I don't know when it will, but it's a fact. I'll never get to walk into another chem room again without feeling like crying. Hell, just looking at my old AP notes sent me into a crying fit the last time I looked at them. What is more interesting is that I plan to actually take a chem class this summer. Yea, it's going to be hard, but if Jonesy was here and knew that I wasn't going to take a chem class because of this, he'd kick my sorry ass...and then make me watch monkey island (possibly the biggest disappointment since my childhood).
I was dating Oboe Dan, we broke up. I think we're still friends, I just needed time away. I also found out that when you ask someone to be honest with you, you had better be prepared for the results. Oh yea, and I don't build snowmen.
I have started dating a new man. Matt Cole. He was in the choir I was in last semester. He makes me happy and he's nice...a deadly combo. He wants to meet everybody under the sun and he has started to, but he's determined to meet EVERYBODY who calls themselves my friend.
I'm dealing with a lot of shit from my past. It's been really fucking hard lately. I'm trying to make everything okay, at least from the outside. I don't want pity and I won't deal with it when it's forced upon me.
I am spending time in middleton with Matt. It's going to be through Christmas Eve, and then I'm coming home. I'll also basically be spending the 29th, 30th and 31st with him and then guess what? It's back to school on the 2nd for my Winterim class. HUZZAH!
