Did my first Pilates class today at the gym. I liked it! It looks like the PIlates classes that I'll be able to go to from here on in are on the weekends. During the week i'll do the expressline and some cycle and that's about it. that should be enought if i do all of this every day. which is what i intend. bye gut!

actually i'm in pretty good shape but ii do have the gut and i'm weaker than what i thought. i don't know what people who are real overweight or out of shape do because it's pretty intimidating seeing all the perfect bodies walking around the gym.
