Olympics.............What?
All the preparations for school are getting really hectic, in part because because I was admitted late and have to do it all at the last minute and also because getting my physical and sending Wesleyan my medical information is being stupidly problematic. Somehow Christie doesn't have any of my immunization records even though we thought we'd gotten everything send to them when we switched from Carle, and it's taking forever to get them faxed. And have I mentioned I still don't really have any experience driving on the interstate? Heh. My dad has been out of town until today is going to take me out to practice soon.
Layla and I are celebrating our birthday with cake and stuff on Saturday since we'll already be gone next week, but I guess on the actual date we'll have to go out with our bitches. Haha, they're our bitches now. I am stealing Layla's and Kitty's awesome Bloomington friends as I've always said I would.
It's official that Edward James Olmos is directing the new Battlestar movie special. I'm very happy because he has directed some of my favorite episodes like "Tigh Me Up, Tigh Me Down." Even "Taking a Break From All Your Worries" which gets tedious because of the love square of doom storyline that never worked well is great because of the really intense scenes with Baltar.
Speaking of which, I had no idea Eddie is in Blade Runner. Yet another reason it's inexcusable that I've never seen that movie.
