Far away- you were not within my grasps, and too, too perfect. Maybe that's why I didn't bother reaching out for you, because I knew that even if I did, I'd end up with a handful of heartbreak and tears.
There was a line drawn between us, a long white line that divided the space between you and me. I wanted to cross it. I wanted to, but I couldn’t bring myself to. I was afraid of the consequences.
Yet each time you smiled, I would feel myself step forward, and every time you looked at me with your clear, brown eyes, my heart would skip a beat and I'd want to run to you. But then I'd see the distance between us and a boundary line running on for miles, and I would stop myself. It was no use, I had thought.
Then, before I knew it, you appeared in front of me with your arms stretched out. The distance has closed in on us, the line was still marked. But if I just put one foot in front of the other-
"Jaejoong," you called me. “It’s ok.”
I believed you, so I crossed that boundary, and ended up in your warm embrace.
