let me tell you about my wonderful monday
woke up at 6:00 for school. my dad asked me if i was still in pain and i said a little bit so he scheduled a doctor's appointment
8:45 i go to the doctors. he tells me that the pains that i'm having are near my appendix, but i wasn't having any symptoms of appendicitus. they wanted to do blood work and have me take a CT scan.
10:00 i start drinking that wicked gross barium stuff so the scans would come out good. it took me 2 hours to drink it. that was probably the worst part of the day
12:00 i get the CT scan and blood work done. go upstairs to my doctor's office right after i'm done with the tests. the sign on the desk says "patients have a seat until 1:00"
i live right down the street from the hospital so me and my dad came back home to wait. i get a call from the office as soon as i get home. they tell me i have to get right back and talk to a surgon because i have appendicitus.
we go back for the third time. she tells me i need to have it removed. so she sends us to brockton hospital
get there at one. about an hour and a half later i'm knocked out and getting it taken out of me
wake up in crazy pain, but it went away with time and drugs
about midnightish i broke the rules and called her and i'm so happy that i did.
came home today feeling pretty good. i was quite envious of those of you that had all last week off.... well it seems like i'll have all this week off. i think i'd rather be at school tho.
that was my loooong monday. i'd be amazed if anyone read this all the way through
i wouldn't mind anyone who wanted to visit. don't feel like you're obligated to tho. i know people are busy
