Looking at her outfit you would think she should be cold. Her arms remain cross as she looks down possibly reading her notes. By the looks of it, it felt like a calm and quiet atmosphere until....]

[That's the sound of shattered glass. - That you just saw was something that just flew from outside to the window. It look a little circular as if a ball just flew in, pretty much a good firm snowball. There are a couple shards of the glass hanging from the window. The cold breeze quickly passes in carrying the doctor's hair. Finally, Kureha tilts her head up (looking somewhat curious) towards the damage possibly finding the culprit. Her fingers reaches out for scalpel or two twirling it around her fingertips calmly and smoothly.]
