Canon:
Monkey D. Luffy: Captain of the Straw Hat crew and invited Chopper to the crew. She'll still kick him for calling her 'Auntie' or 'old'. At the same time respects him for defeating Wappol; and not to mention having that grin on his face. Kureha may know who Luffy is related to with the initial 'D'.
Roronoa Zoro: Another one of the Straw Hat crew. No manners and stubborn. Gotten pretty much used to him. Surprisingly he has good wisdom.
Sanji: Another one of the Straw Hat crew. Better manners and knows just what to say to a young woman. [cough] Kureha admires his chivalry and cooking.
Usopp: Funny and annoying long nose guy. She can get along with him to some extent; jokes to serious business. She doesn't get him dressing up with a cape and mask.
Tony Tony Chopper: Adopted son from Dr. Hiluluk [aka Quack Doctor]. Has been under Kureh'as supervision after Hiluluk's deceased mostly for medical training. Kureha still teaches him from the medics to common sense. Secretly, she loves him as her own kid. Joined the Straw Hat Crew by invitation.
Portgas D. Ace: Pretty much amused knowing Luffy is his brother. Very polite for a young pirate. Kureha has no hate for the guy. Now if only he would stop getting himself hurt somehow.
Discedo:
TRC!Kamui: No matter what his age is, Kureha still says he hasn't grown up at all. After helping and treating him, Kureha has grown attached to him [aka vampire!son]. That doesn't mean she'll go easy on him. He became from an annoying brat to a stubborn one.
Yuuko: Possibly a first drinking buddy.
Anemone: Yet, another one of her kids. Although she is really stubborn, Anemone has grown attached to her. Kureha has also looked out for her in medical needs. She also finds Anemone's curious amusing.
Titi Kamyu: Another stubborn vampire. Kureha hits Titi more than she hits Kamui due to his mouth. Kureha does look after him when he ends up in the hospital. She leaves Kamui to take care of him.
Little Washu: Mad scientist and nurse. Kureha disproves of her toying with patients coming in for medical needs. This results some chases and throwing knives. She's alright as a nurse, but Kureha knows Washu's potential as a scientist, and knows she has a thing for red crabs.
Dr. Eirin Yagokoro: Respects, and admires her vast knowledge as a pharmacology. One of the people she can depend on. Less work for Kureha.
Derek Stiles: She learned the GUILT from him, another doctor she can depend on. He screams too loud. He was one of the first doctors she helped with when she came to Discedo. A little light headed but alright.
Abel Nightroad: A priest. Kureha doesn't know too much about Abel's ability. She does know this guy is extremely clumsy and cries too much. She finds it amusing to pick his back bone.
Nill: Sweet and kind young girl. Nill does her best to assist the hospital after learning from the previous doctors. Very quiet girl [not meaning the lost voice].
Trc!Sakura: She gave Kureha a good view. She wants to be helpful and is kind. Kureha just hopes Sakura knows you can't cure from just kindness, yes it's cute and hopeful but you gotta know medical stuff too! She's only pushing for Sakura's own good, really.

Sep. 09: Fog has entered Discedo. Gumdrop the Mad Cow is missing.
Sep. 03: Kureha joins in to help keep Trc!Kamui in bed! Suffered a kick from him.
Sep. 01: Kureha takes care of Anemone after the fire in her apartment.
Aug. 28: Chopper revives, the crew throws a party at the St. Andrews Hospital.
Aug. 26: Chopper dies from chip removal infection. Kureha stays there.
Aug. 15: Little Washu finally plans her revenge.
Jul. 28: Luffy and Chopper are out in the acid rain. Auntie comes to pick the two up and treat them. They both owe her a jacket!
Jul. 18: Tony Tony Chopper drops in. Gotta pick up baby!
Jul. 02: Malice Event. Zoro attacked. Trc!Kamui comes to pick her up.
Jun. 09: Abel comes over to the hospital to fix the wall Kureha made. Got injured on the job, guess who's taking care of him? Little Washu joins in for her own intentions.
May 16: 4th Wall.
Apr. 28: Hospital is second home and running. Moved clinic in the school to there.
Mar. 21: Requested Blood Tablet information from Scientists.
Mar. 18: Kureha fixes up Derek after his mishap.
Mar. 05: Trc!Kamui got his chip out. He gets a peek into Kureha's mind while visiting Anemone.
Feb. 19. Zim's Beer Party! Next day side effect: bunny!kureha.
Feb. 15: Got herself a Mad Cow.
Jan. 14: GUILT Event. Took care of Trc!Kamui to the end.
Jan. 08: Surprise trip to Horton.

Dec. 21: Moved into the Museum.
Dec. 14: Trc!Kamui decides to check-out early. Kureha says otherwise.
Dec. 12: Kureha tends to Trc!Kamui's wounds and keeping the vampire contained. Doctor's watch.
Dec. 11: Trc!Subaru asks help at the clinic for Trc!Kamui, and keep him contained. Kureha offers assistance. As requested, she asks Sorata for permission.
