Paige woke up and winced in pain, it was days like this that having Leo here would be really handy, not that she'd ask for his help for such a minor injury, well not at first anyway.
Yesterday's attack had been what she'd needed though, a chance to remember what being a Charmed One was all about, helping me, being in battle, even if this had been less a battle and more a giant sea creature intent to soaking people. Still she missed it, and while she was enjoying the break from her hectic life back home, where she'd given up any thing resembling a normal life in favour of her Charmed One duties it had felt good to be back.
