Computer Problems....
It's funny because I was reading old entries, and almost exactly 1 year ago, I needed to get my motherboard replaced because of a faulty headphone port.
Yesterday I noticed a loud buzzing noise in my computer, and after spending from 10am to 4pm (literally---what a mess!!) in the Dell chat room and taking my computer almost completely apart, I found out that I need a new hard drive. Obviously this is WAY more serious than replacing a motherboard because I basically have to start all over again, with reloading Windows, drivers, Office, etc. Thankfully, I caught this problem early and was able to backup everything on my hard drive before it really crashes. Why couldn't this have happened 3 weeks ago when I was still at home and didn't have papers to write and research to do?!
