Thoughts:
- I turned in my final paper for my theater course. One down, two exams to go. Or sort of two.five exams. Specifically, I have a take home and an inclass for my math final. Which isn't going to be started until Sunday. Yay.
- I have an Orgo exam this Saturday. What the hell possessed me to take honors orgo? someone please explain that one to me. In a way, I kind of wish I hadn't, yet I really do feel like I'm learning a lot
- I can't think right now. And in desperate need of sleep and laundry. My hamper-surrogate-thingy is full and it bothers me.
- I changed my sheets while on the phone with my sister. Apparently, we're in an extremely long getting-along phase. Which is rare and enjoyable. Sort of. Starting to have the rickety-tense moments that characterize a breakdown on the nice normalcy. So expect ranting in a few days, with an ideally swift return to ambivalence.
- I am drinking raspberry tea. That only has raspberry flavoring in it (natural AND artificial), and no leaves or anything. It's kind of amusing, actually.
- I had a pint of Ben and Jerry's for dinner. Not healthy but SO good.
- I have good music on.
- I miss people and want them to call me. But since they are failures at life, they are refraining from doing so.
- I get to be home in a week!
- I went to the Handel Society concert tonight (which was fabulous). And kind of got an update on life. By which I mean I realized that it's almost December. And I'm going home to a mother who loves Christmas music (which I do not.) Joy.
- I haven't talked to my mother in ... awhile. And she is less than thrilled by this.
- I am glad I stayed here over Thanksgiving. I finally got the update on the kids' side of Thanksgiving at home. And I would not have enjoyed it. Not to mention I would have been stressed and nothing good would have come of this.
- I have a cool internship. When I actually do things. Which lately, hasn't been often.
- I need to get back in touch with Olivia's parents. I want to see her once more before we go home over break. And as an impromptu poll (probably mostly for girls):
---------> How old were you when you read Little Women?
---------> How old were you when you read Anne of Green Gables ?
---------> What books did you read and enjoy when you were around nine or ten years old?
- I spent an hour today in the Dartmouth Bookstore. Reading nothing but nonsense and children's books. It was lovely. I need to do that more often. But not for a week.
- I may be more incomunicado than usual over the next week. Ignore it. It's not a comment on my personal feelings towards you. In most cases, at least.
- I hope you all are having an amazing time. And I suck at keeping this thing updated and focused on a given topic when I start writing.
- I am sincerely impressed if you made it this far. And actually read every line. And didn't just skip to the bottom.
