Here are a few pics and a short video from yesterday's tour of CalTrain's new bright, shiny, clean electric trains, which are slated to begin passenger service next year.
When planning this event, CalTrain was not prepared for the level of interest from the public. Over 4,000 people registered, and I'll bet plenty more just showed up. Lines were long (and I was not a happy camper standing in them for extended periods of time).
