Babelfishing Poetry: "Small Vegetables Prepared A Hot Tide"
I hope you've all been fine and well? No upsets? No disasters? No tornadoes, floods, unexpected sinkholes, avalanches, mudslides, blizzards, hailstorms, lightning strikes, hurricanes, earthquakes? I hope not, I really do. Because that would be sad, it really would. I myself am far from fine and/or well, still trying to track down the reason for the mysterious "sedation attacks" I've been having off and on these past couple of years. So, until I can get some answers for that, let us spend a little time today enjoying some Babelfishing poetry, where I take song lyrics, run them through an on-line translator such as (but not necessarily) Babelfish, tart up the punctuation a bit, and wind up with a quirky kind of poem.
Today, by special request from
The Jan, it's the song "
Cuban Pete" (watch an "I Love Lucy" clip of Desi Arnaz performing the song
here, or watch a video of Jim Carrey performing the song in The Mask
here, or listen to a remix of Louis Armstrong's version
here). Enjoy.
Small Vegetables Prepared A Hot Tide
"These people love to indifference," says Larkin.
But promoting a new Havana,
he was humble.
Loyalty is a strong one, o Muhammad.
Yelling, he got Peter.
We save an extravaganza of King observation,
playing musical maraks machine.
Boom boom chick jacks chirp, no assorted leaves.
Well, I am Cuban, Peter;
if you are making a ground hameha
when flying,
after the chick chick chickpea boom boom.
Song of the red rumbero norita?
Valjean, sitting in cement, would.
The following Kiro ring dance of joy,
after small vegetables prepared small vegetables.
I went exceptional pieces; I was surprised.
Therefore, Cuba, Peter;
education.
Girls, girls, gee haw, boom boom boom. A chicken!
Gatwick hop, private bean car down, I crashed.
Depression and Latin dancing.
Arthur Atsushi Thunder School in Cuba is not as fast as Peter.
This one is pleasantness.
Grim Norita was his anthology of usable accelerator knowing this, haha.
I love the work.
Chicken and chickpeas prepared Japanese bean, boom.
Beans, jiji meat, boom boom.
Small vegetables prepared a hot tide.
