I'll bet my doctor's office didn't even file the claim until after I called to ask about it, in spite of them telling me it was filed "a week ago." Hmph.
I guess I have to let them say that and save face and stuff, but, damn, I hate being lied to. I also hate being the one who has to pay for their mismanagement of the situation. Like I can afford to go more than a week or 10 days without getting my $225 back. I mean, after all, it's been since February the freakin' 13th already.
