I've wasted my vacation
So yesterday I got up early, 4 hours earlier than I usually do, at 7:30am because of this annoying drip/leak noise outside. My dad got this idea into his head that it would be a good idea to clean the gutters. He's into DIY stuff while my mom would much rather prefer to phone someone, most likely because she's scared he'll fall off the roof and kill himself. That's a story for another time though...
...Anyway I was up early and I wasn't tired!!! I'm always tired but I wasn't tired on 6ish hours sleep. I was like wow! So I had some breakfast, went on the internet for a while and then was all done everything I usually do in the morning by 9ish o'clock. I watch Gum Drops with the audio commentary and had plans to alternate between CSI and House. I ended up watching half of season two of House yesterday. YAY for House!!! Today I got up at 8am and have been watching CSI and two episodes of House today. I'm currently on my 10th episode of CSI for the day.
So I realized that if I had been getting up early all holiday, I could have watched all my House and CSI DVDs (and I have all the seasons...), and probably even Boston Legal and Prison Break. But nope, I had to get up at 12pm each day and waste my days reading and such. Le sigh...
Tomorrow I'm going away for some family time. We're boarding our cats and they've already left which is sad. I miss them already. I'm scared our fish will die but they have a special food rock type thing. Byyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee and here's hoping I get internet while I'm away...
