[Lee Jinki: Case File #474]
Name: Lee Jinki
D.O.B: 14th December 1990 (21 this year)
Residence: Ward 7 on the 5th floor of Sungil Mental Hopsital.
History:
Lee Jinki was a normal guy with a normal childhood and a normal family. Lee Jinki was average in all sense of the word: looks, personality, dress sense, IQ, EQ, his voice was not spectacular, his body was of average proportion. Lee Jinki was the face in the crowd, the one nobody remembers.
Or so people thought. Lee Jinki had humour, he could look good if people did a second take and sure, he may not be a remarkable genius, but he was smart in his own way. He read a lot, he kept up with pop culture icons and could hold a conversation if the situation ever called for it. But then again, first impressions last and no one ever did. Not until his stepfather anyway.
“You must be tired right? It’s already so late.”
“Y-yes, I was just going to. Sleep. G’night appa.”
“Hey, wait wait, c’mere Jinki-yah. Appa has a question.”

It’s a funny thing to suddenly find a crack in your psyche. You don’t know it, not even after you wake up one morning, blood caking the hem of your shirt and you think “what just happened?” and then you walk down the stairs and everything’s silent and suddenly your house is a crime scene. Suddenly policemen are asking questions, they wanna get DNA samples, someone tells them to get you checked out, they find a carving knife under your bed.
Someone calls for a lawyer. You’re still asking yourself what happened.

At age twenty years and four and a half months, Jinki was institutionalised. The trial has yet to go through the justice system but everyone and their mothers know he’s guilty.
But was it really him?
Personalities:
- Lee Jinki
The boy whose life has been inexplicably wrecked. On his good days, Lee Jinki will be polite but quiet, not speaking unless spoken to, minimal movement and even smaller requests. A typical introvert. He accepts the food and medicine without any question, he goes for his therapy sessions. Jinki could pass off as the perfect patient. Guilt eats him from inside out though, and he gets these splitting headaches sometimes, makes him want to sleep for hours or days on end. But when he does, that’s when they come out to play.
- Onew
For every time that Jinki’s quiet, Onew laughs out loud. For every book he reads, Onew goes to a party. Everything vicarious about his life manifests itself through Onew, the boy with the charming smile, convincing words and nothing to lose. Onew’s twenty-one and he’s the living, breathing specimen of what Jinki could’ve been. He’s the initiator, the one that smokes pot and makes out behind bleachers. He’s the kid your mom warns you about. The thing is though, Onew and Jinki aren’t that different, their lives are parallel lines, with the exact same story. They just tell it differently.
- Jubong
The youngest of his personalities, Jubong is the innocence that Jinki had lost. Jubong’s the “what if”s of his life, what if his parents hadn’t divorced, what if his mother hadn’t miscarried, what if no one raped him for months on end? Jubong’s ten years old, he has a younger sister and a pet dog. His mom drives him to school everyday and his father cheers the loudest during his soccer games. Jubong’s life is everything wrong in Jinki’s life but fixed. Jubong has a neighbor; his neighbor’s Jinki.
- Drew
The most aggressive of them all. He’s defensive, overprotective, he cares for Jinki in an older brother kind of way. He takes it upon himself to be Jinki’s knight, someone that rights all the wrongs and justifies all the mistakes. His manifestation happens when Jinki’s aggravated, when Jinki feels boxed in and unable to find a way out. Drew smokes, Drew drinks and Drew likes to curse; a disgruntled 30 year old hidden in a young man’s body.
Plotting wise:
I am open to anybody for him! a comment to this entry (all are screened) or a pm works well too :D if you're interested to play against a Jinki, I could do that too! so yes, please don't be afraid to ask for whatever plot you might have(even if it's unrelated to this particular Jinki)!^^
