saints, scholars, and roommates.
the modest mouse show was excellent.. parker and i especially had a good time! 'satin in a coffin' was awesoommmmmmme. they played old and new stuff, alot from their newer album so that made me happy. it's one of the greatest albums ever.
parker and i basically got high before and after the show, and laughed and laughed and laughed..it was too fun. i love seeing him and having fun with him without his girlfriend attached to his hip. i swear, they're married.
things with my roommate have been less than perfect...basically because he's been suicidal lately. VERY depressed since he withdrew from eastern, and isn't employeed. he needs mental help, badly...and i've called a few places but haven't had much luck. it's true, i have reason to believe my roommate is paranoid schizophrenic, and that's not an easy title. but... things will get better - i hope.
christmas break is about here and i'm SO ready. the break will be nice! i found out that i'm doing better than i thought in all of my classes, and was especially surprised to hear that i was getting an A in computer science class.. i feel like i've been slacking, but i guess not. ha. A's and B's this semester, i am happy 'bout that.
things i am NOT happy about:
-not being able to see michelle shocked on december 3rd because i couldn't afford a ticket.
-the fact that my behavior modificiation teacher blows.
-having mixed feelings about my mom being gone for christmas, though i'm really happy she is able to travel with her boyfriend.. but why christmas? she feels the same way, and she's really bummed the vacation had to happen over the holidays. ed (her boyfriend) feels the same, but this was when the rest of his family wanted to do it. ah well, if someone if offering you a FREE trip to puerto rico, you take it. job well done mom.
