So here I am. Back in my country. House all set up. Freezer full. The container arrives next week and after it’s unpacked, that’s it. Life, in a sense, begins again. And awfully long it does seem right now.
You see, I have no clue what to do with it. Having spent 18 months essentially doing things for other people in Oxford, I really don’t want to go back to a job just for the sake of it. If I can work for God and others and someone will pay me for it, then bring it on. But if it’s just a matter of sitting in an office to fill my days, then I’d rather be volunteering part-time and actually doing some good.
And in the absence of anything actually happening in my life, I’m going to start writing about what I’m thinking about and studying. Coming soon: observations of atheism in Oxford!
