Progress and a job well done

Hooray! I took my son to the docs today, and she has finally agreed to treat my son, who has an illness not officialy listed by the NHS(lyme disease) as the medical profession don't believe it's here in this country and therefor it is not picked up or reported, so it doesn't exist!!!!!! Do you get the logic there? I don't.
I've been progressively improving since my treatment started nearly two years ago, but my son is under-age so the doc wouldn't treat him. Now she's seen my progress and heard of his deterioration, she's willing to follow my consultants advice. HOOOOOOORRRRRAAAAAAAYYYYYYY. It will mean time and money to go see him, as he's private and one of only Two specialists in the country, but it will be well worth it.
Anyone suffering symptoms such as fibromyalgia, ME, severe fatigue and disturbed sleep, sweating (in excess), temperatures and other unexplained weird symptoms should look at lymenet.org and see what they think. I have had this 20 years, undiagnosed and untreated till 2 years ago. I've was very, very ill and have made massive improvements.

And we're waiting for news of our much loved pet, Splodge the rat. She developed lumps under her front legs and is having an op to remove them today - but it's difficult to treat small animals and she might not make it. Fingers and toes crossed! I hope she's fine as she's a lovely pet and her sister and my son will miss her, as I will.
