(no subject)
Umm... I didn't bother scaling that recipe to make cupcakes for Evie's school party tomorrow. I thought, eh, I need 20 or so anyway, and I'll just take any extras to the mother's meeting I'm going to. Mmmm cupcakes! Yeah, that recipe makes enough for 3 layers of 9 inch rounds. Oh well. I made 44 cupcakes in the end. I think it'll be 21 to school (Kids, teachers, and aide); 12 or so to the meeting, and then the other 8-9 to Patrick's office. So not too insane! ;)
