Update of Randomness
The new job is still going really great! They love me there (Mr. VP man has said to me: "I never get excited about anyone...but I'm excited about you!) The job keeps me busy and I really love the new supervisor. Apparently my business cards have arrived at the Adecco branch, so now I'm just waiting for someone to deliver them to me at Allergan. Yay! I had business cards at my last job, but never any reason to give them to people! This time, I'll be going through them like crazy.
Great weekend with the hubby...we hung out with another couple and did some gaming. Yes, I played D&D..it was crazy. I was really worried that I: (a) wouldn't know what to do, (b) get scared/freaked out, (c) feel stupid because I did something dumb, (d) get bored, or (e) all of the above....but it was actually a lot of fun! My character kicks a bunch of ass, which is probably why I had fun.
On Sunday we went shopping and I got some more work appropriate clothes (I have to wear suits..bah), and then we played some games at Dave & Buster's. It was a very cool, very nerdy weekend and fun was had by all.
Looking forward to coming out to Oxnard/Camarillo for Dad's birthday. Still working on the specifics of that.
And I suppose that's it for now! Time for some tipsy WoW playing!
