Sorry. I know that sounds a bit silly.
But think about it. I'd love to run for President. Show 'em how to do it right, dang it. No black-tie galas, just backyard BBQs. No massive tours of the country on a big-arse plane. Just web-based video forums and town meetings. Running as an Unaffiliate, with NO party affiliation. And it's all done by a massive write-in campaign.
I know what I stand for. And I think it would be fascinating to put someone like me - a fairly average every day citizen - in the White House. A mom of three, married 7 years, messy house, many pets, hectic life.
So, what's important to me? That we feed, house, and clothe our people. That medical care gets treated like a right and not a commodity. That religious freedom is given more than lip service. That the average worker in America can afford to live where they work. That education is important, multicultural (to reflect our society) and available to all through at least the community college level, if not all four years.
Rybarczyk for President: Because It's Time to Write-In, Right Now!
A gal can dream, can't she?
