Liaden universe
I'm on amazon's mailing list for recommendations--books related to books I've bought; now and then I see one I'd like, and I was happy to see a new Liaden universe novel recently--with a sequel! However, the first book, Fledgling, is only out in hardcover, but the paperback is upcoming. The sequel, Saltation, isn't even out in hardcover yet, but I can pre-order the paperback and the sequel. The books are about Theo, Daav's daughter, who appeared at the end of I Dare.
