(no subject)
Hey. Not that anybody actually reads this, but whatever. It's been a hectic couple of weeks. I've been trying to get shit ready for school, get a new place and a new job. And I can finally report with some semblance of success that it's pretty much done. I'v got all my classes lined up for school, and know what my schedule is. Now is I just have to do the orientation on Wed, shouldn't be a big problem.
I've also got a new place, still downtown and its bigger and a better price. So I'm pretty happy with it. I move in on the first. Pat's coming down with the truck at 10 and he and Uncle Ty are gonna help me move my shit, yet again! hahaha. Hopefully this will be the last for a while. I hate moving soo much. Well, it's in a nice area, for once, and the roommates seem pretty nice.
I've also got a new job. Yes people, I've finally dropped that piece of shit security job!!! W00t! Thank God. I'm keeping it part time, so I can get some extra money on the side, but nothing huge. I am now working at a Japanese restaurant downtown, called Izakaya. It's pretty nice, and upscale. I'm currently a food runner, aka, glorified busser, but I told the manager that I want to be a server within 2 to 3 months, and he didn't have a problem with that, so that's good. And once I'm a server, that's when the actual money comes in.
Now, just have to try and get all my bills in order, and I'd be happy. Telus is being a complete pain in the ass. Because of that stupid universal power job, I got really behind on my bill and they shut down my phone. So I had to promise to pay 100 every 2 weeks, until the end of Oct, for them to turn it back on. Fuck, that sucks. But I'll survive, like I do with everything else. Now that I have a place, they can shut down my phone for a month or so until I get OSAP if I can't afford to pay them, but I'll do my best.
Anyways, I'll talk to you later.
P.S. I'm talking to a girl on POF (plenty of fish) that seems pretty nice. Something to just kill the time for now, but who knows, maybe we'll actually become friends.
