holy crap
Wow, it's been so long since I've updated. Thanks to
phoenixbacklash messaging me to let me know about his new livejournal account, I've decided to once again ressurect my journal. Things are going pretty well for me. I had my very last jury today. Granted, I have to do a recital hearing next semester, which I'm sure will be much more stressful than a jury, but just knowing that today was my last jury here at UL kinda makes me think back over the years that I've been here at UL and that my time here is almost over. It's very exciting, but also kind of sad. I love Lafayette, I'm just ready for a change of pace. I've also met someone very special who, as of now, I don't want to leave. We'll see how that pans out over the next year and a half. There's still plenty of time for things to change (hopefully, for the better) and time for us to figure things out. I'm still planning on going to MCRD Parris Island the summer after I graduate, so I'm sure that will cause some stress, but, I hope we can work through it if I'm lucky enough to still have Katie around. Only time will tell. Well, I'll hopefully be able to keep this up, but I'm sure I'll stop after a few months as per usual. ~~~PEACE~~~
