so slow--
june was a very slow month. i'm starting to believe that no matter what i'm doing, time is ticking by slowly.
work has been fine. i almost hit 40 hours this week! i didn't think i'd get close at all but i hit 39 hours. i wasn't supposed to at first but one of my coworkers said she was sick and couldn't make her shift, so my friend, who was technically still on night duty, was asked to pick up the shift. then i get a call at 9am on my day off to take my friend's shift. omg i was so livid. i tried so hard to not go in for that shift because it was a set up shift which involves lifting heavy items and IT WAS MY DAY OFF. but i took it once my friend said that no one else was around.
blegh. anyways, i'm on night duty tonight and hopefully all goes well! one of our client groups leaves tomorrow so i'm hoping they don't pull any stupid shit. but i get to go home on monday and stay until thursday yay~ it'll be worth it once i get through these before-the-sun-rises-shifts i was assigned to this week.
i have been writing on and off as usual. i'm trying to get bittersweet memories out asap. it's overdo. the yoosu i was writing hit a wall lmao. i considering writing teen wolf stuff again (notice how teen wolf-y my lj has become). and i need to catch up on some superhero comics because it's appropriate for my writing hahaaa.
ahhh cosplay... haven't progressed much but i picked up (and kinda started) two new outfits and dropped two others. i found some old fabric i bought years ago and decided to put them to use instead. that's pretty much all.
oh yeah i finally paid off my credit card after like two years woohooo~
edit: soooo the clients that are leaving today were stupid after all. some of them checked out early but couldn't leave until the next day so i was up until about 2:30am doing lockouts (some people got locked out twice wtf) and then was woken up at 7am to do more lockouts. then i ran back to my room and then to the office with all the keys in tow for my 8am shift. yay. on a good note, i'm happy that i bought my wig and bodysuit now. i'm tired.
