(I've just had caffeine, and it's nearly one in the morning, so I apologize for the hyperness behind the subject line. XDD)
So, um, yeah. I'm alive! I've just not had the urge to sit down and update about my life. Well, I suppose I could've blogged about work, but the majority of those posts would have been along the lines of "Good god, this job SUCKS," or "Person so-and-so is a complete tosser at this job no matter how hard I try to train him/her for it," etc, but I think that would've all become rather redundant around the tenth time. So, as Christmas time comes closer, we'll see if I can keep my rants and exasperations down to a minimum.
Regardless, a different shitstorm is brewing on the horizon, of which I'll get around to telling about at length eventually. Let's just say I'm not looking forward, but when everything is all said and done, I'll be breathing a HUGE sigh or relief and my life in general will be much better.
If anyone is still curious as to how my writing adventures are coming along, it's down to this: I'm tinkering around with my works when I find the time or can be arsed into doing it. Same goes with revisions I'm doing for a couple of friends. One is a few chapters from being done with the first time before I go through it once more, and another is far easier for me to do at the moment as I get that on a chapter-by-chapter basis. But I'm excited to see all the final products!
Sims 3 and both Mass Effect games are eating my life in my free time. GASP! I've finally managed to wean myself off Dragon Age!...For now.
On a final note, my main TV fandom currently is Top Gear. Awesome cars I can never have and British humor = my kind of crack. And, holy crap, I know Richard Hammond is not the most handsome guy in the world, but goddamn do I ever find him incredibly cute and sexy. O__O I am weird, yes, I know. I have a strange fascination for older Englishmen. >_>
That's all for now! Hopefully I can start a normal rapport here again!
