This has to be my favorite sauce. It's like a spicy teriyaki or mongolian sauce but with a richer flavor. The spiciness depends on how much you use and it's pretty mild if you use it as a marinade, but if you use it as a stir-fry sauce you better keep a pitcher of water handy!
I used to just use it with stir fried yakisoba noodles, veggies and chicken or beef, but last night I used it (plus a little olive oil) as a marinade on some chicken breasts. After marinating for 3-4 hours we threw them on the George Foreman and they turned out excellent. I highly recommend this sauce. Yum!
At the moment I am enjoying eating the leftover chicken with some salad. :)
