hmmmmmmmmmm would INXS really be INXS with another singer...... it's just not right

that is what I question too. For me..MH made the band what they really were. He was the face and the voice. I would even venture to bet that most people couldn't even name another member of the band off the top of their heads. I think he (MH) would have made it with just about any backing band.
I at least hope they change the name but they know that the name sells. They did a few shows with Terence Trent D'arby as the front man (but to my knowledge never recorded together) and the shows did sell out.

hmm Andy Ferris and John Ferris , weren't they part of the band too?

I used to see INXS everytime they came to Detroit - every show was great. Michael was like Jim Morrison - he had that sex appeal. Well that and I wanted to climb him like a tree if given the chance

oh and p.s. I will pretend I never obtained that knowledge of them w/ Terence Trent D'arby, now excuse me while I pour bleach on my eyes!

Well, my intention was never to climb him like a tree.... but yes, he did have that sex appeal. I was given the honor of seeing them in Atlanta in a private show of sorts. Only 200 people were let in. This was back in my dj days mind you. I doubt I would be privy to said show now days.

I remember seeing P.I.L open for them once, how odd is that?

Now it makes me want to dig out shaboo shaba or how ever it was spelled

I pulled that CD out just the other day. I love Shabooh Shoobah. Its got to be my favorite by them. I never had the chance to P.I.L. I hear they are kinda recording again.
