WARNING: Bitchy ramblings ahead about Sprint, read at your own risk!
I am done with Sprint... Done done DONE...
*takes a deep breath*
Okay... I recently switched plans from the one with the Internet to the one without the Internet... However, I did take on a small text messaging plan (100 text messages a month for $5)...
So I get my first bill last week... $85... ("Huh?" *scratches head* "It should be $45!") So I call last week... They do this whole billing dispute thing, and tell me I'll get a call in 72 hours...
One week later, no word from them... So I call back... The lady I talked to seemed pretty indifferent, but put me on hold and checked things out... She came back and said the charges were legit... And I was confused... I haven't used anything that I wasn't entitled to on my plan...
Oh, but I get charged to check my text messages... And since I don't have the Vision pack, I get charged the full price for wireless web use... I'm apparently supposed to check my text messages online...
I hardly ever use this expression... but... WTF??? If I wanted to check my text messages online, I would just e-mail people, ya know?
They agreed to knock off half of the extra charges... But I am so done with them... I'm going to get a new provider ASAP, hopefully today if I can manage it... My agreement is up, and there are lots of other cell phone companies who will want my business...
So yeah... Thus ends my Sprint rant... Thank you for listening, I feel much better now :)
