Thanks to Nick and Alistair, PADDYWILL.COM is now mine! Its still completely under construction; but its going to be brill.

BBQ at mine today... eight 16 year olds with 15 sausages and fire. So many things could go wrong.

How on earth do you set up your own website from scratch? Like buying a domain and stuff. I have NO idea, but I really need to do it!

No idea! www.dreamhost.com makes it REALLY easy, but they are REALLY expensive. Soooo I get other people to do it for me ahhaha. Just buy the domain with a credit card, and get a host somewhere else... and once you've bought the domain it'll ask you for hosting information or DNS something or other, just ask your host all that lol

Gah, it sounds complicated. I'm paying my ex-boyfriend to do it. He offered to help free, but then I'd feel obliged to be nice to him, and I don't want to be doing that now :P

Oh, that sounds like a neat idea. I'm still thinking of a name for my own sweet domain (any ideas?), I want to use it to tie together my LJ and a place where I can showcase (and hopefully sell) some of my bitchin' art.
