Making progress one day and then taking a step backward the following.........ie up and down It has taken me almost 9 years to realize this is probably what IS...........
It is hot here but not like triple digit.. I have sun poisoning I am contending with because I was a dufus on the 4th and did not bother to wear protective gear when I encountered the 'warm' sun. The shade was too cool for me so I sat out during the parade. It is an annual neighborhood event (see my journal entry) and then afterwards during the BBQ in my sister and BIL's back yard. It all came out ugly, red, blotchy, itchy, bumpy, miserable things on my forehead and partially on my cheeks. My arms and legs were covered in light weight cotton. I finally found a pix online of what it looks like. I sent it to my naturopath who I had been in contact with earlier about it and he immediately called me and said as soon as he saw the pix, he understood fully...photo sensitivity. Bad news is it takes 10 days to clear up.
I guess I should have used Rodney's 100 SPF eh? >;-)
Almost had to send Sheppard and the troops out to find you...............
