I am aware that I haven't updated in at least a month. Anyway I must say that this April vacation has been quite busy for me, I did not successfully have a full day off to be with myself. Essentially, I did not have a personal day. Still I found the break rather enjoyable. For those of you who think that doing four hours of SAT II IIC Math four days, out of your eight day vacation, is anything but fun, I would like to say that I found it quite fun. Call me a loser but I liked it. I also hung out with some people who had not bonded with in a while. To add onto my pleasure, I saw some very close friends from California whom I had not seen for two years! I also saw the Boston Marathon and I got a chance to see all of the Elite Runners and the 65 year old man, who was pushing his son with celebral pulsy, in front of him for the whol 26.2 miles. I would also like to comment on the fact that my calf muscles look ripped due to the massive amount of running I did during Track this vacation. In addition, I got a chance to do some reading this vacation and I am currently in the middle of Cat's Cradle by Kurt Vonnegut which I am 1/3 through. I also got to try the macaroni and cheese at Johnny's in Newton Centre. The movies I saw include Pride and Prejudice, RENT ( again), and Ice Age 2. People have come to the conclusion that I am Scrat, don't ask.
I also had a very fun time exploring the Container Store and the very colorful hangers which I want to buy so that I can hang them up on my wall. I LOVE BRIGHT COLORS!
I also spoke to three much younger kids this week; I realized how much I enjoy it and how much they like me. Today I helped my grandmother babysit and it a very interesting time because the whole time I was very afraid of killing the one year old (every time I brushed against her she would start to wail and it was the scariest experience ever). My closet is clean! FINALLY! I also got new jeans and I went to the library twice. Yesterday I observed a turtle in a pet store perform the same routine for 20 minutes in a row it was very amusing. I like cats.
