I came back from my trip to Paris yesterday. It was fun. I went to the Louvre and the Musee D'Orsay and I tried to speak French, I believe I succeeded.I came home to loads of good news. I got a letter from the English department at NNHS giving me commemoration or something like that for my MLK essay and I got an email from the Newtonite saying that I got the part for business manager. Yay! In other news, I'm about to fail Lifeguarding and my grades are screwed up usual but we won't get into that till after vacation. The year went by too fast but I believe that I accomplished a lot. I am officially a RENT obsessor: I have the soundtrack (that doesn't make me an obsessor but whatever), I saw the movie twice and I want to see it again, and finally... I have all of the songs stuck in my head during the past month and a half. From France I brought back a stack of newspapers and I already read one article from the, a bigillion more to go. The French food is SO good Ithink I gained like a gazillion pounds, JT is going to be happy about that one I'm sure.New Year's resolution time, oh boy. I'll start with mine on January 3rd just to give myself some time to think and reflect.
