I was visiting my health insurance website because I received a rather expensive bill with a slew of excuses as to why they weren't going to pay for it. Needless to say this led me to their 'Contact Us' page. In which the first entry is quite plainly.
For emergency help, call 911.
Now, I'm not quite sure if I should be amused at this contact number or saddened that they probably had reason to put this on their website. I can just see someone having lopped off their son's arm in a minor collision with a table saw, and rather then picking up the phone to call an ambulance instead sat down to see if the accident was covered by their insurance.
