Christmas Time
Christmas was bumpy this year... We didn't get the kids back on time... nowhere near on time... received a phonecall about 11:30am saying that they were near the North Carolina/South Carolina border... and that he was so sorry that no one woke up on time... yeah... sure... I'm sure that no one woke up before 10am on Christmas morning. They were supposed to be in Richmond by 1pm... they didn't get here until closer to 6pm. We are trying to find the time to research the legal options since he isn't paying child support... isn't carrying insurance on them... and isn't following any of the drop-off rules... so he's basically not doing anything that the court has ordered him to do except for giving X days notice to get the kids because Jen refuses to hand them over without it.
Add being un-invited to Christmas dinner about 10am Christmas morning... made for a rather unpleasant evening.
Thankfully the kids weren't too impacted by it all... here are some cute pics for anyone that cares.
