Now i get it

Well... I figured it out... I realize why people get nervous and display apprehension through their body language.
I have found that when ever I'm communicating or listening to somebody. And they say something, sometimes i'll zone out and think of what that meant, i'll go off and analyze it... Meanwhile my expression is catatonic as I'm staring off in another direction. I'll think about what they said and what it meant, and many interpretations will go through my mind... I'll even think of aggressive or offensive interpretations of completely innocuous forms of expression. I then awake out of my analyzing state of mind and return to the moment... because such interpretations bother me and i know they aren't true 99.99999999% of the time. However on the outside I appear to be already offended because I'm immediately in response to their statement holding back reacting. Kind of like when you don't quite believe what just happened or what someone just said because it's preposterous. This is the reaction I display. The reaction of "What the fuck?" or "What was that supposed to mean?" ... basically a defensive social posture.
---- My point here is that one can have this defensive social posture and not know it. Like me for example. I routinely zone out and stare down during a conversation... This doesn't mean I'm OFFENDED by what you said...
