Change

It's been over a year since I have completed my tour in the Navy. When I first joined I wasn't into working out, boot camp got me into the routine of daily exercise. After that, I continued, and a few times in Japan I completed the group runs before anyone else. That made me feel pretty good. When I started dating my wife, I was working out on the ship. There wasn't a whole lot else to do, so I would run on the flight deck, or in the hangerbay and do other exercises. After we started dating, I felt almost accepted complacient (sp) with her, so I didn't continue working out. Now I am out of shape, and feel tired most of the time. It's been about 4 years since I have done anything serious to my body.

Time to change....
