Package Received!

Okay, so I actually got this package.. sometime last week. The post office was holding it hostage as they didn't want to leave it on my porch in the rain.

My package buddy is gnomeygirl. I <3 Nikki. She sends the *best* packages, and she knows exactly what I like. :) I'd take a picture but as we've recently moved into a new home (after moving 1000 miles away), I don't yet have anywhere to set this up and make it look presentable. :( So you'll just have to live with my descriptions until the next time. :)

*A very cool light blue with white polkadots coffee mug. It's huge!
*Flirty Bath Products in green apple, including:
-Body Lotion
-Shower Gel
-Soap Flakes
-Bath Bombs (!!)
*Bodycharms lipgloss cubes, eye pencils & nail polishes in glittery, metallic blue
*Red & black stripey socks (Lovelovelove the stripey socks <3)
*Emily Strange barrettes
*Hello Kitty puffy stickers
*Polkadot Post-its
*Metallic Gel Pens
*9 Bad Girl Postcards (I *LOVE* these!)
*Creative Accents Oriental Fortune cross-stitch package
*Crochet Made Easy CD-ROM (because I'm a dork and I lost the last one she sent me. D'OH! I think my house ate it.)
*Aunt Claire's Country Crumbles Candle in Cookies N' Cream.. I'm fascinated by this. A candle.. in a paper sack. *boggle* This is nifty!
*Foodstuffs! 2 Russell Stover Peanut Butter Eggs, Crystal Light On-The-Go in Peach Tea (I'd been wondering about these!), and a bag of Planters Mixed nuts (*chomp*)
*Mini-erasers! They're everywhere! Fishies, a ladybug, and a smileyface.
*A book form my Amazon.com wishlist: Legends, Lies, and Cherished Myths of World History by Richard Shenkman. Fascinating!
*an Easter jump-rope surprise for my daughter, Courtney: the handles are carrots!

Another special edition to the package is a crochet blanket that I asked Nikki to make for me. I'd sent her the yarn (all Lion Homespun) and this is what she created with it. It's heavy, it's warm, and I LOVE IT! <3

Thank you, Nikki! I have yet to start on your next package (woo, moving stress!) but I should have it complete by mid April. :)
