[What's okay to mention around him/her] I have no real issues with anything said to Yuuri, just expect spazzing in some cases.
[Is there anything you need us to know about interacting with this character? Special physical features, special abilities, etc] Yuuri is pretty average, so nothing would stand out. The only thing that some may notice is that he can be pretty clumsy and spazzy with things that surprise him.
[Can I hack that strike or otherwise find out information they'd prefer to keep hidden?] Mostly anything he tries to strike out or make private is pretty hackable since he's not that great with spells, especially when he's freaking out, so most stuff can be hacked unless stated otherwise in the post.
[Can I troll/mindscrew/mess with in general?] Yuuri is very used to being picked on for his derpiness, and is quite funny to watch when messing with him, so go ahead.
[Can I spit at/jinx/step on/etc? (i.e. fighting)] Feel free, he's a pacifist so don't expect him to fight back unless you threaten someone else when he's nearby, and even then he'll most likely just disarm your character rather than hurt them.
[Can I flirt with/hug/kiss/use other means of non-violent physical contact with this character?] Yuuri is very naive, so flirting will go over his head. Hugging, kissing and anything else would be met with spazzing and him telling the person he can't because he's already going out with someone. That someone by the way might hex your character for touching his boyfriend so do so at your peril. (Wolfram is of course the only exception to these restrictions.)
